  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from your reliance on our diagnostics

UK Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vroomly harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
